Electrical testing

All homes and communal areas must, by law, have a full electrical test carried out by a registered and qualified electrician every 10 years.  

Our technical services department's planned programme includes electrical testing for all homes at least once every 8 years.
 
We prioritise any work identified from the test.  For example, if work relating to health and safety is identified, it will be ordered immediately.  Other remedial work will be scheduled into programmes according to their priority.
