Supported residents
We own and/or manage around 220 units of accommodation in Dorset, Devon and Somerset which provide housing for people who need support.
We are an accredited service provider with Devon, Dorset and Bournemouth Supporting People administering authorities.
What type of accommodation is available?
We have a variety of supported accommodation ranging from bedsits with shared facilities to self contained flats.
Our supported housing projects include accommodation with support for people with mental health support needs, adults with learning difficulties and those with physical and sensory disabilities. Supported housing also provides accommodation and support for young people aged between 16-25.
The level of support offered to residents ranges from 24 hour, 7 days a week support to just a few hours of visiting support a week.
Some schemes offer permanent homes for residents with long term special needs. Other schemes are designed to provide short term accommodation and help is provided to the resident to move into more independent accommodation.
Residents’ needs are assessed independently. We are committed to providing the service that is needed and adapting it as individual circumstances change.
Support is provided by either our own staff or by another approved support provider. |
