Charges

Some residents, in short term services such as those in Exeter, pay no charge for the support they receive. Residents receive support for a relatively short time; the accommodation is not intended to be a permanent home. Residents will pay rent and any service charges.

Others pay a support charge to us in addition to their rent and any service charges. This applies to residents in long term or permanent services, such as sheltered housing. Service users are charged for the support, but may be eligible for Supporting People subsidy.
