- Complete a written support plan within 5 working days of your occupancy or your request for the service * based on your individual needs, that shows the support you want to help you stay independent in your own home
- Regularly update details and requirements of the plan and review it, at least every 6 months or at your request
- Provide you with the support as established in your support plan and visit* you as agreed. (At weekend or Bank Holidays - emergency visits only)
- Help you to deal with situations or emergencies
- Help you get support from other agencies, such as social services, which will help you stay independent
- If you are a Magna tenant – help you make sure the home in which you live is looked after, and on sheltered schemes, carry out regular health and safety inspections of the areas around your home and check that communal areas are clean and tidy
- On sheltered schemes, help to organise social activities in communal rooms where required
- Provide you with a copy of “SHINE”, our quarterly magazine specifically designed for older residents
- Provide you with an emergency alarm system, which is monitored 24 hours a day and which you can use any time of the day or night to call for help and advice if you need it
