Maintenance Working Group
The Maintenance Working Group is in place to review, discuss and give feedback on Magna’s repairs and maintenance activities. The group is made up of Magna officers and residents.
The Maintenance Working Group meets once every two months to discuss and review repair and maintenance issues like: performance and satisfaction, policies and procedures, standards and specifications, planned major repair and improvement programmes, and budgets.
The Group is an important way of residents influencing and shaping what the repairs and maintenance service does and how it does it. The group still needs more residents between the ages of 21 - 40. This is so it represents better the make-up of our residents as a whole. You don't have to attend meetings, there are several ways to have your say and get involved.
