How we deal with repairs and maintenance

The best way to report a repair is to either use our Online Services or to call the Call Center on 0800 358 6025.

If you are reporting a repair using our freephone number, a team member will ask you several questions in order to diagnose the fault and establish the priority of your repair. We will firstly ask for your name and first line of your address so that we can enter your details and also check any contact telephone numbers.

It is very important that you give as much information as possible so that when we raise the job we can give our trade operatives the correct time, tools and materials to complete the job "first time right".

Whilst you are on the phone we will process your repair job and offer an appointment date. If we receive your repair via e-mail we will endeavour to contact you by telephone or we will write to you requesting that you call to make an appointment.

On the day of your appointment our trade operatives, where ever possible dependant on mobile phone signals, will call you once they have finished their previous job to advise you on their estimated time of arrival. This is a new initiative introduced as a direct request from residents.
