5 Year Major Repair Programme
Magna Housing Association's planned work for the next five years.
Using the feedback received from resident focus groups, a postal survey and through our work with the Maintenance Working Group (MWG), along with data held on our housing stock, we have now come up with a five year programme of work.
The plan only details key elements such as kitchen & bathroom refurbishments, window replacements and re-roofing work.
Based on the feedback from the MWG it was decided that individual homes should not be listed, so the programme will tell you only when your street is due to have work. We want to be as open with you as possible, so please bear in mind that this is a working document that could change.
If your street is listed then it means a validation survey will be carried out. Work will only be done if the survey shows that it needs to be.
