If your repair is not an emergency, please report your repair online or by email: repairs@magna.org.uk or you can call our freephone number 0800 358 6025 between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30am and 4.30pm Friday.
Or you can write to the building services department at:

When reporting a repair you will need to give us the following information:
Your name
Your address
A daytime telephone number
Times when someone will be at home to enable our staff to visit
As much detailed information about the repair as possible.
Let us know if you consider yourself to be elderly or vulnerable, or if you consider yourself to have a disability or other special needs.
