Rent account statements
You can now view your rent account statement online.
We post you a rent account statement approximately every four months. This shows the weekly rent due, payments made (including any housing benefit paid direct to us) and the balance on your account. A covering letter will explain the information shown on the statement.
You can also view this online or ask for a rent account statement from us at any time. You can also check your balance by telephoning the income management team on 01305 216067.
