How to pay your rent
Paying your rent is easy, with plenty of options available:
Online
Pay your rent securely online
Direct debit
Set up a direct debit to pay your rent. The direct debit can be collected every calendar month on the 1st, or fortnightly. Please specify the frequency you require when you return the form to us.
Debit/credit card
Pay your rent by debit/credit card by calling 01305 216067
Standing order
Contact us for a form on 01305 216067 or ask your bank/building society to set up a standing order to:-
Magna Housing Association Ltd: account 30940879, sort code 20-26-62. Please tell them your tenancy reference number to make sure the monies reach your rent account. Remember you will need to change payment amounts when rent/service charges change.
By cheque
Please make cheques payable to “Magna Housing Association”. You must write your tenancy reference number and first line of your address on the back.
Cheques should be posted to MHA, Hollands House, Poundbury Road, Dorchester, DT1 1SW

At the Post Office
You can pay at any post office by cash, cheque – payable to "Post Office Ltd" or your debit/credit card using your rent card or giro payment slips. Please ensure your tenancy reference number and address are included on the giro slips.
