Our performance
We are committed to our customers and to providing them with a quality service that is value for money. We work with our residents, local authorities and our community partners to make sure the things we offer are the things that they want and need. The magazines and news we publish reflect this and we are always open to new ideas.
We are passionate about our performance and regularly measure our success (and our occasional failures) against other organisations to make sure we provide the value for money service we promise.
One of the ways we measure and publish our performance is through Performance Indicators (PIs).

As well as measuring our own performance, the Tenant Services Authority uses the information we and other housing associations provide so that it can be confident that we are well-managed, delivering government policy objectives, are worthy of further investment and are working towards continuous improvement. |
