MHA is judged outstanding for its customer service

Magna Housing Association has been judged ‘outstanding’ by Quality Housing Services (QHS).

The member-based organisation supports housing associations in becoming more customer focused.

Dorchester-based Magna was awarded ‘assured service excellence certification for its outstanding achievement in sustaining the highest standards of service’ as required by the QHS criteria for excellence.

Karen Allan, head of neighbourhood services, said: “We are delighted that we have been awarded this certification. We have been working very hard to improve our customer care.  This is a fantastic result for our staff and great news for our customers.”

Scoring  is based on a telephone survey of various parts of the company, such as maintenance, complaints and allocations, mystery shops and visits to Magna’s headquarters,  Hollands House, Dorchester, and the Bridport office..
