Magna extends opening hours in response to resident consultation.

Longer opening hours

In response to requests by residents we will be launching a new pilot scheme, enabling greater access to services. We are piloting increased opening times for telephone access to the repairs call centre and the income management team. This will run for six months from 12th April 2010. Access will continue to be by telephone as follows:

Income Management: 01305 216067
(queries on rents, arrears, other money matters)

Repairs: freephone 0800 3586025

The opening times are extended on a Monday and Tuesday from 5–7pm.

This pilot comes about as a result of research undertaken to develop our Access Strategy and if successful, will be provided permanently.

Further changes will see the Bridport office remaining open throughout the whole day. This change also takes place from 12th April 2010.

Our research also showed that residents would like our Sherborne office to open til 6pm, but unfortunately we can’t offer this yet.

Whilst we strive to provide the services you need, we are also aware that some are no longer required. As a result we have reduced opening hours at our Dorchester Area Office (Baileys) on High East Street, to Monday and Wednesday 8.30 – 5pm (Closed 1 – 2pm) and closed poorly attended surgeries.
