What can you expect from Magna?

Magna has developed service standards for all areas of its business.
Following a detailed consultation with residents, Magna Housing Association has now developed service standards for all areas of its business.
The standards outline the high level of service residents can expect from the organisation.
The areas covered include:
Aids and adaptations
Allocations
Anti-social behaviour
Customer service
Estate management
Leasehold/home ownership
Rent arrears
Repairs and maintenance
Resident involvement
Sheltered housing
Tenancy management
All standards were set in consultation with residents. The consultation process featured focus groups, working groups and discussions with area panels.
Feedback also came back from this year's resident conference Talkfest.
Magna's Mark Best said: "The standards set out the level of service residents can expect in each of our service areas."
