Repairs performance

We are measured annually by our regulator, the Tenant Services Authority, against a set of Performance Indicators.  The chart below is our repairs performance for 2010 - 2011 and is the latest information available.  The targets are set by the Tenant Services Authority (TSA).

At Magna we strive to achieve top quartile performance (99.6% on out of hours and emergency repairs, 99.2% on urgent repairs and 99% on routine repairs) in terms of the percentage of repairs carried out within the above categories. This is in line with the TSA performance indicators for top quartile performing housing associations.
