Magna Housing Association Limited (MHA) is a subsidiary company of Magna Housing Group Limited. MHA is registered in England and its registered company number is 26971R. The registered office is Hollands House, Poundbury Road, Dorchester, Dorset DT1 1SW.
MHA is a Registered Social Landlord, registered with the Tenant Services Authority (TSA), L3950 and a member of the National Housing Federation. MHA’s VAT No. is 684 5154 14.
We are a friendly, community based housing association providing 6,116 homes to let and 244 shared ownership homes. We have another 199 homes to rent and buy currently under construction (as at 30th September 2011).
We also provide housing related services to people living in our community.
We were established in 1993 when West Dorset District Council transferred its housing stock to us.
Our head office is in Dorchester, and we have local offices in Bridport and Sherborne.
We primarily work in Dorset, Devon, South Gloucestershire and Somerset where there is a high demand for all types of housing and insufficient supply. Building more affordable homes in these areas is a priority for us.
Working in partnership with residents is fundamental to our success, so we work with residents on the development, efficiency and effectiveness of our housing and related services.
We are a not for profit organisation and are regulated by the Tenant Services Authority and the Homes and Communities Agency. |
